Todd Duncan Group LLC has the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and video record attendees to use for promotional purposes and sharing with attendees. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording.
We offer a refund to ticket holders who request a cancellation 90-days before the event begins. Any cancellation requests after that time may be transferred or receive a credit for a future Todd Duncan event within the next 12 months.
