Trevor Hammond has become a leader and coach to many in the mortgage industry. Starting his mortgage career in 1998, Trevor quickly grew to be a top originator helping thousands of families finance their homes. Along the way, he discovered his passion for fiscal literacy and has been on a mission ever since to increase fiscal literacy for homeowners and provide them the education, tools, and direction to build wealth and security.
Fast forward to today, Trevor dedicates his time to helping Mortgage Originators move from ‘doing loans’ to building a true mortgage practice that can provide a more consistent, predictable income as well as give them back their life!
As an Area Manager for NEO Home Loans, and a Certified Coach for Todd Duncan Coaching, Trevor coaches Branch Managers and Mortgage Advisors across the country to ask better questions, solve bigger problems, and transform their business into something more meaningful that they may never want to retire from.
Outside of work, Trevor rejuvenates by travelling, camping, exercising, and spending time with his wife, Monet, and two children, Makena and Kyle in Portland, Oregon.
