I’ve been involved with Todd Duncan coaching for the past 3 years. With the help from Todd and his Coaches, I’ve grown my business substantially which has afforded me the opportunity to create an abundance of wealth all while working less hours. I’ve learned from the most powerful minds in the industry on growing a team, scaling, building systems and processes. I have transitioned from having a hobby to creating a business. In the 3 years of coaching, I’ve taken my business from $35 million to $100 million in production. Several years ago we were trying to crack the code to exceed $100M in production and we couldn’t figure it out. In partnering with Todd Duncan and his ELITE Program we figured it out. Last year we were able to close $154,000,000 serving 514 families. This year through September, we are at $169,000,000 and 494 families served. We will exceed $200,000,000 for 600 families served this year and are poised to achieve $300,000,000 and in 2022.

The ELITE experience for me has unlocked the keys to success and made an invaluable impact on my life and my family for generations to come. Over the past several years I have consistently grown my business in the high-net-worth space, served more than 500 families, and achieved more than $115M in production in 2020 and on track to eclipse this success in 2021.

The ELITE experience has been a journey of consistent growth and expansion. Year over year, I have exponentially grown my business and market share. I am proud to say that our Team has served more than 1600 families achieving $400M in Production for 2020, and we are on pace to meet and/or exceed same production for 2021.

Within the first 2 months of implementing the High Trust interview, I landed 2 home builder accounts which resulted in 155 units of growth that first year alone. I then applied the top practices of the ELITE teams processes within the first 6 months, the results were astounding, our workplace culture grew to an all time high and I uncovered so many exemplary performance habits. Time became available and I began enjoying my life and family once again. We are now ranked #2 in sales volume and #1 in actual units in Western Canada with our company. Todd has had a huge impact on my business. I get to grow alongside the best in the mortgage industry, it is incredible how cohesive the team is.
